Characteristics of wine DOC

The characteristics that designate a wine DOC are several and comprise the denomination of origin, the zone of production, the grapes that must or can be employed, the maximum yield of grape for hectare, their natural minimal alcoholic gradazione and the total minimal alcoholic gradazione. In wines DOC the characteristics of the wine must moreover be defined physicist-chemistries and organolettiche; the conditions of production tied to the characteristics as an example acclimatize them (the indication of the suitability to the vinificazione only for the grapes cultivated beyond and/or within one sure altitude); the cultivation shapes; the prohibition of some practical productive; the eventual period of the minimal aging.
