Introduction

DOC or Controlled denomination of origin Acronym that comes attributed, for decree of the Ministry of the Agricultural, Alimentary and Forest Resources, to those wines whose production is restricted from norms that of it define the characteristics. The wine in the course of the production process is analyzed from an appropriate commission that it establishes if it is in compliance with the specified qualitative characteristics from the regulations.
